Niall Ferguson, History Professor at Harvard University, and one of the more prescient thinkers today is predicting a surprise tax cut from the Democratic Party just before the election to take some of the steam out of the Republican Party. This is a 6 minute or so CNBC interview and Mr. Ferguson speaks with refreshing frankness as to the current political climate and the economic situations both in the US and in Europe. Mr. Ferguson, a Brit, is interviewed in Europe and I have to admit whenever I see several British guys talking in an interview format, that really, this is a Monty Python skit...
