Supreme Court will rule on campus ministries

On April 19, 2010, the U.S. Supreme Court will intercede in a case that may determine the future of campus ministry, reports MNN.
The Christian Legal Society (CLS), a campus ministry to law students, is involved in a case with the University of California Hastings College of Law in San Francisco. According to CLS, Christian Legal Society v. Martinez began when the college de-recognized the group for requiring its leaders to agree with their statement of faith.

I was over on Doug Groothuis's blog site and discovered this story. Why have we not heard any reportage on this? We need to pay attention and to pray about this case, because it will have far reaching implications if this goes against the CLS. This is a free speech and a religious freedom case, and these things tend to be difficult to work through because of that.  As we have stated in the past, the first steps are to get freedom "from" religion, and then to stamp it out altogether, by declaring it to be hate speech and harmful to our "mental health."
