For many months I have been trying to wrap my mind around the great debate economists are having right now. Will we have inflation or deflation? The answer is a complex argument. Bob Prechter argues for his view of deflation: that is that the economies and the markets are destroying capital and credit faster than central governments can print money, or try to "inflate". His ideas are worth considering.
