"Who among us does the left not think needs psychiatric treatment?"
The Supreme Court issued a ruling today regarding how long a person can be kept in prison. Justices Thomas and Scalia were the only dissenters. Rush Limbaugh, warning of a slippery slope here, asks, "Who among us does the left not think needs psychiatric treatment?"

Sexual predators are disgusting, BUT, if they were found guilty by a jury of their peers and sentenced by a judge and have served out their sentence, what basis does the government have to keep them in prison? I may be getting Libertarian in my old age, but I have a problem with the "squishy" logic and reasoning of them keeping anyone they deem "dangerous" in order to "quarantine" them. People were put into the gulags in Siberia for the "mental illness" of believing in a supreme being. It pushes the limit of the argument, but could this be where we're going? God have mercy.
